By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all documents referenced herein — specifically the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy available on the Platform.
These Terms are available in English. The English-language version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute or ambiguity arising from a translation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
At the time of registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any of it change.
zk666 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money-laundering law to conduct KYC verification. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request or upon specific request by zk666 compliance staff will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. zk666 does not use your KYC documents for any purpose other than regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You agree to notify zk666 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
All deposits to your zk666 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform. Accepted methods as of the effective date of these Terms include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (CLiQQ), USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), and Coins.ph. The list of available methods may change from time to time.
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by zk666, although individual payment method providers may impose their own limits.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding of accounts is strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder will be refunded and the Account flagged for review.
zk666 does not charge processing fees on any deposit method. However, your payment provider may impose its own charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There are no fees charged by zk666 on any withdrawal method.
Withdrawal requests are processed during normal processing windows. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 45 minutes during Philippine business hours (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–22:00 PHT). Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are typically completed within two to four (2–4) hours during the same processing window. Withdrawals submitted outside these windows are queued for processing at the start of the next window.
All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. zk666 will communicate the reason for any hold within 24 hours and provide a timeline for resolution wherever possible.
zk666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers internal compliance review thresholds. This is a routine regulatory requirement and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing by the Player.
zk666 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits — are set out on the applicable promotion page at the time the promotion is offered.

All games available on the zk666 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and are governed by each provider's individual game rules. Player-accessible game rules are available within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.
All game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. zk666 does not manipulate, alter, or have the ability to alter game outcomes in favour of or against any Player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform represent statistical long-run averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any outcome for an individual session.
In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active game round, the affected round may be voided. Void rounds are not settled in favour of either party and stakes are returned to the Player. zk666 will not be liable for losses arising from malfunctions caused by the Player's own device, internet connection, or browser configuration.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within seven (7) business days.
A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. If a voluntary closure is requested while an open bet or pending withdrawal exists, these will be settled or processed before closure is finalised.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software; or use any automated means to scrape, index, or extract data from the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, zk666's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or any specific game or transaction shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
zk666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if zk666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
zk666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may be required without notice to protect Platform integrity or player funds.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the zk666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at zk666.bio/privacy-policy.
By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including collection of identity and payment information for KYC and anti-money-laundering compliance, use of session data for security monitoring and fraud prevention, and the sharing of data with PAGCOR as required by Philippine gaming regulations.
zk666 processes all personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and zk666 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
Any legal proceedings arising from unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
zk666 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to their registered address no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, and a prominent notice will be displayed on the Platform during that period.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you may close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
Non-material changes — such as typographic corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists — may take effect without prior notice but will always be reflected in the document version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page.
